| Tasting notes |
| A rounded, ample wine. Its freshness is expressed by the acidity of the red fruit. It then leads to a distinct
fullness created by the aromas of ripe red berries and plums. The final sensation is one of warmth and
exuberance. |
| Wine maker notes |
| Brut Rose is an assemblage of 50 growths blended in the same way as cuvée Brut. Then a small proportion
of red wine from the Champagne region is added to give the wine its colour and fruity flavour... A perfect
balance is achieved over the course of slow ageing in Piper-Heidsieck’s chalk cellars. |

| Food pairing |
| Piper-Heidsieck Brut Rosé champagne is ideal for a refined dinner, just as it is for a romantic supper for
two. It goes wonderfully with red fruit desserts and is perfect as a summer aperitif. |
