By A.O.C. law, Calvados must be a minimum of two years old; three years minimum for the "reserve” and six years minimum for the Tres Vieux. Our Tres Vieux is a minimum ten years old and some of the blend will be of over twenty-five years in the cask. This is a sipping Calvados. A fine spirit to be enjoyed for the elegance of its nose, the softness of the flavors, and the length of its fine finish.
