Rkatsiteli is the largest planted white grape in the former Soviet Union, grown primarily in Soviet Georgia. It has been planted in our vineyard for many years and grows well in our microclimate and sandy loam soil. It has a perfumy Riesling-like bouquet with pronounced hints of pear. Finished with a hint of sweetness. Perfect with Pear Anglaise.
