We decided to take two of Paso Robles’ most popular varieties, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon and combine them for a wine that has a big, bold expression of fruit with layers of beautiful spice, but still keeps with the trademark JUSTIN expression of the nicely balanced Bordeaux style. The result is SAVANT; a wine that is big, bold and fun like many, but because of its wonderfully balanced flavors and structure, displays exquisite table manners for pairing with a wide variety of foods.
