Color: A glass-coating opaque purple color. Aromas: The aromas are of ripe fruit, blackberries, black pepper and currants. Taste: Flavours are of raspberries, oak and spice with coating texture. Harmonious acidity with round sweet tannins. Dense, layered concentrated. Power and elegante.

Wine Spectator 92 points (Jun 13 2012) A dark, juicy red, displaying serious depth to the kirsch, cassis and spicy fig paste notes. Structured and dense, with layer after layer of baking spices, mesquite and mocha. Drink now through 2016.—N.W.
