Visual Aspect: Golden yellow with light reflections. Bubbles are fine, sharp and generous. Sparkling aspect. Nose: Pure and clean, the aroma reminds fresh apple and white flower. Palate: Delightfully light. A perfect balance of sugar and acidity. The whole is limpid and persistent in mouth.
