Wine maker notes

After pressing, traditional vinification and maceration takes place at a controlled temperature. In accordance with the Superiore designation, the wine achieves an alcohol content of at least 12% and is aged for one year (partly in Slavonian oak barrels and partly in French barriques). The wine is then refined in bottle for 90 days prior to release
